About Happy Car Care of Tucson
While working as a manager at a Tucson auto repair shop, a distraught woman approached me. Her car, vital for her job and family, had suddenly lost power, and a different shop quoted her $2,000 for repairs.
I suspected something simple and found her gas cap was loose. A quick adjustment and her car was back to normal, much to her relief.
I refused payment, but my honesty didn’t sit well with my boss. I couldn’t agree with charging thousands for a one-minute fix and soon parted ways with that job.
